Grievance Officer
A named point of accountability for complaints about content published on Prajna Insights, appointed in accordance with, and in the spirit of, applicable Indian regulations governing digital publications.
Effective 1 June 2024
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and other applicable Indian regulations governing digital publications, Dashapramati Solutions has appointed a Grievance Officer for Prajna Insights. The Grievance Officer is the named contact for complaints about published content — including complaints concerning accuracy, defamation, privacy, or content that a reader believes should not have been published — and for escalations that our ordinary editorial contact channels have not resolved to your satisfaction.

Response timelines
We acknowledge every complaint addressed to the Grievance Officer within twenty-four hours of receipt and aim to dispose of it — resolve, correct, remove, or explain our decision not to — within fifteen days, consistent with the timelines set out under Indian intermediary and digital media regulation. Complaints that raise straightforward corrections, of the kind described in our Corrections Policy, are typically resolved well inside that window.
Complaint procedure
To file a complaint with the Grievance Officer:
- Write to grievance@prajnainsights.com or send a letter to the postal address above.
- Identify the specific article or page in question, by URL where possible.
- State the nature of your complaint clearly — factual error, privacy concern, defamation, or another matter — and what outcome you are seeking.
- Include your name and a contact address so we can respond to you directly; anonymous complaints are read but cannot be substantively resolved without a way to reach the complainant.
Complaints concerning a factual claim in an article are also welcome through our ordinary Corrections Policy channel; the Grievance Officer route exists specifically for matters that require a formal, escalated, or legally cognisable point of contact.
